BY ACCESSING THIS SITE OR USING ANY PART OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES (AS EACH IS DEFINED BELOW) ON THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Services shall include, but not be limited to, any service Micra Data Recovery performs for Customer, as well as the offering of any materials displayed on the Site or through the Services. Micra Data Recovery may change, suspend or discontinue the Services. Micra Data Recovery may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

3. CONFIDENTALITY

Micra Data Recovery will use any information in the data, media and/or equipment provided to Micra Data Recovery by Customer( “Customer Information”), only for purpose of fulfilling the Service and will hold such Customer Information in the strictest confidence. Any confidential information disclosed by Customer will remain the owner’s sole property, and Micra Data Recovery shall employ reasonable measure to prevent the unauthorized use of Customer Information, which measures shall not be less than those measures employed by Micra Data Recovery in protecting its own confidential information.

4. ENGAGEMENT AND AUTHORIZATION

Customer engages and authorize Micra Data Recovery and/or its employees, and/or its agents to inspect, evaluate, and identify the problem; and/or provide an estimate of recovery cost and timing; and/or provide other services as may be requested by Customer of the media or equipment provided by Customer. For and media or equipment, Micra Data Recovery reserves the rights and privileges to ship the media or equipment to one of Micra Data Recovery labs location in USA, Canada or United Kingdom.

5. PAYMENT AND EXPENSES

Customer agrees to pay to Micra Data Recovery all sums authorised by Customer. The Customer is responsible for all the shipping expenses connected with the media or equipment delivery to Micra Data Recovery. If Customer accept estimated cost of Service provided by Micra Data Recovery consultant, Customer authorizes Micra Data Recovery to be charged such a amount. In case of unsuccessful Service delivery, the Customer will not be charged by authorized amount.

6. MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS OF USE

Micra Data Recovery reserves the right to modify or replace the Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, Micra Data Recovery will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Services by you following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use as modified.
